Democratic Club meetings are usually held at Heroes at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of the month, and Democratic Committee meetings at 7 p.m. on the 4th Thursday, at the Justice Center across from City Hall. March • Thursday, Mar. 18 - Johnson County Democratic Committee & Club meetings, Heroes restaurant Dinner 5-6 p.m. Club meeting at 6 p.m. followed by a program and Committee meeting at 7 or 7:30 p.m. • Saturday, Mar. 27 - 3rd annual James Kirkpatrick Heritage Dinner, Johnson County Fairgrounds, 5:30 p.m. Senator Jean Carnahan will present the Kirkpatrick Heritage Award.
